Poor communication. I paid 350$ for a Lasix consultation in October 2025. I was interested in book the first available option. It has been 7 months and I have been offered a single available date in March when I was already working. I keep being told I’m on their “waiting list”. They cannot tell me when a date may become available. I have not been offered any options to book in the future. They declined any refund. So basically I paid 350$ and have not been able to have any service. Would not recommend.
I recently had a checkup with Dr. Ison and she immediately puts you at ease. She is thorough in her examination and knowledgeable about dry eye. Her suggestions on managing dry eye has helped me tremendously. Prior to cateract surgery, I saw Dr Ison annually for exams and for contact lenses, another area in which she excels. The office staff in the Attleboro Office should also be commended for their efficiency with checking in and out!
I recommend anyone who wants to do any eye surgery to go to this place they're wonderful.
Easy cataract surgery. Amazing technology. Immediate extremely positive results. No discomfort. Everyone from the Plainville front desk to Dr Todani professional and pleasant. Extremely happy with my experience and my decision to have the surgery with Dr Todani.
I would like to thank Dr Amit Todani and his whole staff for their caring and kindness. I was referred to them when I had great pain and discomfort in both eyes. They knew exactly what was wrong. They took care of each Eye one at a time and I couldn't be any happier. They are so knowledgeable and understanding for the patients situation. Thank you Katie
