I’ve been with Tod Young’s State Farm office for over 10 years, and I can honestly say they are the reason I’ll never switch. A state farm clams adjuster told me Mr Young would help send photos to the clams adjuster. He told me that wasn't his job. He also made false unsubstantiated accusations.

Worst communication I have had from any supplier I’ve dealt with. Emails left unanswered for months. Extremely unprofessional. Does not instill confidence in me and has caused me to start shopping elsewhere for my insurance. When a business can’t address simple things how can they be relied upon in a claim situation. Save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere for your insurance.
