I tried calling today to see if I could get a procedure scheduled sooner at another location. You can’t get a hold of anyone. When I finally was able to talk with someone they said someone would call me back but that didn’t happen. Also, I know my labs are in but they are not on the portal yet. I left a message asking about that also and no answer. After reading all the reviews I am concerned. I need to have communication.
Staff will not give you needful information about rescheduling appt. Dr Stanley was very informative. Put on hold 10 minutes I called back. Very rude receptionist.
Went to the 4pm to 9pm late service. Not happy
