I've been dealing with Lake Hartwell Chevrolet even before it was Lake Hartwell Chevrolet. Jamie Roberts and his entire staff are EXCELLENT. They go above and beyond what you might expect from a dealership (or any business for that matter). From the deals I have experienced with the purchase of vehicles, to taking care of my vehicles after the sale, the bar has been set high for others dealing in customer service to meet the exceptional level of performance by Lake Hartwell Chevrolet.
I'm a disabled veteran and purchased a vehicle from this dealership the middle of January. I had to put it in the shop at the beginning of February with $7000 worth of repairs needed to be done. I contacted the dealership to see if they were willing to help in any way. The salesman said no and the sales manager finally returned my call and asked me to send him a copy of the bill so I did that immediately.
