Melinda Myer is a horrible person to deal with. I recommend dealing with anyone but her. She needs to take an anger management course and it would greatly help her to take a customer service class. She’s a Karen.
Got notice that my order Shipped on September 24th and it has not arrived. I have tried to contact Tocara using the provided 800 number for the US and it goes to a redemption center not Tocara. When I called directly to the Canadian Office number I listened to music for half an hour without anyone answering the call. I have sent 3 emails that have so far not been answered. So at this time, October 13th. I have no order nor can I reach customer service to find my $180 order.
