I requested cancellation under the five-day policy, yet they continue charging me, claiming there is nothing in the system.
Signed me up for a year membership without even telling me and then when I canceled 3 days before the next billing date.they told me that you have to cancel at least 5 days before the next month but did not inform me of that when signing up and I still have not seen any paperwork confirming that but they are still trying to charge me. Worst communication and transparency. Such a scam
The new management policy to notify 24hr before if you missed the class, is not beneficial for parents and nobody knows about that situation if that happens and it’s loss for the kids. Earlier Toca was very much flexibility to change the missed classes and was great addition to the flexibility. Also every week they change the coach which doesn’t look professional where kids had to build again connection and understanding with new coach. I am not interested to continue and hope my feedback will help for others.
