Very unprofessional, waited 2.5 months for a referred appointment to figure out my eye problems, filled out all online portal info including my insurance cards and billing information, showed up on the day of my appointment and was asked for my insurance card and was immediately turned away due to the fact that I have scott and white insurance that is under United health care, I asked how i submitted forms with all of my insurance info over a month ago and just now they r telling me this?
