My parents had a large Pine tree cut down by this company. They did a fine job cutting the tree down, my parents had a dinner party to go to before they were finished so they asked if they needed to be paid now or they could settle up later. They said later. When my parents came back from there dinner at 11 pm the workers were sitting in the driveway waiting for them to pay. Terrible experience. Was not given what I asked for. When I contacted the ‘company’ later in the evening to explain it was not what I asked for I was directed to speak to Toby and given his number. I called, he was clearly drunk or drinking and continued to disregard me and try to convince me I asked for something I didn’t. I was then told he could fix it for $450 or $500 and that was a great deal. So disappointed, not professional, bad experience.
