I called to schedule an appointment to have them repair my refrigerator. My appointment was scheduled for a Friday at 0900 hrs. A couple of days later I received a call/voice message saying he would be late and if 1000hrs would be an acceptable new time. I called back and confirmed that it would be fine and asked that someone call when he is in route. The tech showed up on my doorstep at 0942 with NO phone call saying he was on his way.
