I had a rather horrid experience with Toby. tl;dr Do NOT go to her unless you're planning to have children because that's where all the glowing reviews seem to be coming from. I can tell you as a woman with a history of mental illness, and severe complications to a very heavy duty treatment SHE administered, I do not have the same glowing review.
