I've known Toby for 60 years and have always found him to be good at what he does. He actually sold my Dad a home in Avondale, RI back in 1996 and did a fine job working with everyone. I was in Charlottesville recently and Toby gave us a wonderful tour of historic and luxury homes in Farmington. Charlottesville is not overbuilt like Greenwich, CT, and is a more Southern, friendly town. Maybe someday when I'm 80 I'll reconsider one of those White Gables condos. Toby, we just got home and are exhausted. Thanks again for your time. Dinner at Marigold was delicious. Your tour was so much fun! I think a home in Farmington would be the perfect spot. If none come on the market soon we can also look at Ednam Village. That way, Bill can ride to the club in his new golf cart and not run over any elderly joggers :} Happy New Year. Nic

We looked at 4-5 homes with Toby and since we are moving from LA to Charlottesville we found that luxury real estate was VERY affordable there. All in all, a good first visit.
