Dr. Ratana is very competent, kind and helpful.
I found Dr. Ratana interested in depth and engaging. He had done his homework on my case even though this was my first visit with him. He made recommendations along with the background for them some of which were new to me. I appreciated his concern and expertise. One failure of the SYSTEM, however, was the delay in the appointment. I was injured on about 16 June but the first available pain management appoint with any member of that department was August 11. By that time, most of my need was gone.
