I really enjoy speaking with Dr Ratanasiripong. He is so knowledgeable about all aspects of one’s experience with the various spinal procedures and additionally gives information on tools to alleviate discomfort
I had a great experience with Dr Ratanasiripong. I was really impressed by how he took the time to explain everything that he saw was going on with my back and the imaging. He made it very easy to understand and tie back to my symptoms and experience. He then provided a number of options for treatment beyond what I had tried. It was in stark contrast to another Dr I saw a few weeks prior that spent 10 minutes rushing through the conversation and said give it a few months of more pain with no new options.
Dr. Toby is very professional and thorough. He has a kind and friendly attitude. His explanations are detailed and patient, and he makes sure that even someone like me, whose English isn’t very good, can clearly understand my condition and the next steps of the treatment.
