My experience was HORRIBLE! Appt JULY 12 @ 10am, and they literally let me sit without offering even a glass of water for 2 hours, while watching them do other peoples hair. Not just that, I didn't leave until 7pm and the hair looks not like what she is advertising. I am very unhappy and Drove from another City for this crap. She literally OVERBOOKED being greedy instead of telling me. TOBS got an attitude when I became irritated and asked how much longer I will have to be there.
