This is the most disgusting company to work for. I experienced it for myself and as an employee. They care nothing about their residents. All they is concerned about is keeping the residents money in. The apartment I worked in the residents rooms had broken up dressers, dirty walls, ROACHES and BED BUG INFESTATION. It's a great company,that offers the best health care services to individuals with disabilities.
I started with Tobola one year ago and I was an employee who go above and beyond never had a write up always will work when needed . This company turned my stomach when I made two formal complaints against an manager . I will not send anyone to this company does not value their employees at all . I loved the individuals and I was so dedicated to my job Tobola did something to me that hurt me dearly I won’t ever forget what they did . But God bless that company and I pray one day they know what a good employee is .
