I was completely disappointed in our experience with Toblers for my wedding on October 12th, 2013. We order boutonnieres from them for all the guys in our party, you would have thought this would be an easy venture since we were doing single white roses. We weren't impressed when we went in to place the order initially but figured again, this was an easy order and it should be "ok". My mom and I wanted to use Toblers for my wedding because we had used them before and have been happy, but this was the worst experience ever. My mom and I had made an appointment with them back in March to get a general idea of what the flowers would look like. Well, when we called they made us feel as if no one had ever done this before and made us feel very uncomfortable. I received flowers from Tobler's from a friend a few weeks ago. That floral arrangement lasted over 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the quality of their flowers.

I contracted with Tobler's Flowers to provide fresh-cut flowers for a bridal shower I was hosting. I provided the vases, some very general guidelines about colors and my budget. They were extremely accommodating and the end result was 12 beautiful flower arrangements in my vases plus a larger one that they designed for the bride-to-be's table. I was supremely disappointed with the quality of roses I purchased here. I needed roses to take to the hospital after my mother-in-law had surgery. I was running late, and the lady arranged them in a timely manner, but it was the scraggliest dozen roses I've ever seen. It was to the point of embarrassment. If I had time, I would have stop at another place. I even considered not giving them to her, but I didn't want to go empty handed.
