Very disappointed in their service we had a parcel sitting there for 3 weeks & no one could be bothered to ring us to come & collect it. We had no idea which courier company it was with. Do not recommend using this company for transporting anything. This is the 2nd time the same thing has happened. Not hard to pick up a phone & tell someone you have their stuff they are waiting on.

No good as a heavy truck driver the forklift driver was not happy to unload the frieght in morning shift reached 5 AM and he started unloading but he scanning every pallet slowly and in one hour he did 10-12 pallets unload only and when i told i got another pick up soon The FORKLIFT DRIVER OF TOBIN’s said i do in my way what the hell taking more then 2 hours to unload the SEMI in the fresh start of day when they are not busy and even its before Wednesday

Had an item i was waiting for since November 2024. Contacted supplier they adv had been sent by courier "tobans" after multiple calls and advised they had not received it they called and said they found it 28 Jan 2025. This is not the first nor do I think it will be the last time they misplace and item. Nice people in the factory but the way it's run, mmmmmm.
