Place was good, but I was kicked out of the patient portal two days after my appointment, and I needed a note for work and I didn’t get it until right before work because I was told I was going to get a call telling me when my note was ready and never got a call until I had to actually go in and talk to them.
Dr. Tobin is caring and never acts too rushed to respond to questions and concerns. Excellent physician. Other members of his team have repeatedly failed to respond or follow through with important issues regarding my care. PA Bell too busy to talk to me 1 day post-op total shoulder replacement (on a Friday going into a weekend!), failed to call me back despite my being told he would call me back when I developed allergic reaction from taking prescribed pain med. My appointment was at 8:30 am. After waiting until 9:10 with nobody at all checking in with me, I left. At my first appointment ever with HOPE, I waited over an hour for a different doctor at the Salem office. No more waiting there because I don’t plan to return.
Very friendly. They know you don't feel good so are helpful with your needs.
Excellent facility. Clean, organized. Professional staff and friendly staff.
