I am so impressed with this company's professionalism, communication and service. Mason was amazing - I live in Hawaii and had to coordinate from afar and it was a piece of cake! He was so informative, knowledgable and honest. Highly recommend Tobin HVAC - I had worked with 3 different companies that were so frustrating and unreliable before, just wish I found Tobin earlier!
Knowledgeable technicians performed their work on schedule and with minimal down time for a complete HVAC replacement. We’re very impressed with the cooling capabilities of our Amanda heat pump.
I can’t recommend Phil and Tobin HVAC enough. I had three companies come out to quote me a new AC/Furnace system thinking mine needed to be replaced. He was the only one that said that a repair(leak stop and refrigerant) could get me some more time with the current system instead of putting pressure on full replacement. Would give 6 stars if I could! Tobin has been taking care of my furnace and water heater for almost a decade. -always on time -great communication -competitive prices -the best in customer service -always looks to repair or recondition if possible instead of immediately trying to sell new parts Not someone you want to see often, but I’m thankful whenever I do knowing I’m in good hands.
