The office team was efficient and very welcoming, pre-visit and during my first appointment. Dr. Tobin and his nurse as well as the X-Ray technician were professional and listened to the reasons for my visit. Dr. Tobin asked pointed questions, made initial observations about the diagnosis, then thoroughly explained his recommended approach while giving options as well. Dr Tobin explains things in a clear manner. He performed a small procedure to drain a cyst on my finger which I wanted done even though I know there is a good chance it will return. Thanks for giving me my options and letting me decide. And his staff is so friendly and pleasant too. All around great experience!
Dr. Tobin provided a thorough exam and recommended next steps in a way that was reassuring and encouraging. He was kind, friendly and professional. Office wait time was minimal and the staff was welcoming and efficient. I will return for follow-up confident that I will have another positive experience.
I was referred by a neighbor who raved about Dr Tobin and his staff. My issue was relatively minor requiring only two office visits. The service and care I received was top notch. Highly recommended.
I have had a great experience with surgery on both total knees but the attention to detail lacks.. I requested a sleep aid for pain and am still waiting after 2 trips to my pharmacy for him to sign off... I even asked his office to help remind him to sign off and his nurse,Bobbie, said "you and everyone else"... it's been almost a week now of continuous sleepless nights...hopefully my next trip to the pharmacy is a charm.... BTW this is the 2nd prescription in 3 weeks since surgery that have been delayed in processing
