I was delighted with Miles & Chase's expertise & patience. Miles took out not 1 but 2 hearing aid domes that had gotten lodged in my right ear. They removed some wax, checked my ears carefully & cleaned up my hearing aids. It's wonderful to be heard & cared about so well. Thank you so much, Miles & Chase! Gratefully, Lori
