I agree with everyone who complains about the scheduling staff. They are absolutely rude, unprofessional and every other adjective that describes incompetent.
I called in the schedule an appointment because my primary doctor had referred me to this location. Upon speaking with the receptionist Mario who is dumber than a box of rocks he stated they didn’t have any appointments for the next year. I then told him that was crazy because I was referred to you by my primary doctor and I have PPO insurance his tone completely changed.
