He isn't consistent, doesn't communicate and is disrespectful and rude. Took money gladly but didn't apply that same energy into fighting for the case. Prison time is what my man got in return. It's sad that you pay someone so much money and still get messed over. Will not answer calls, and when he does he will give you false information. Request documentation because he'll tell you just anything. He's just in it to take your money, he's got no passion in actually helping your loved ones.
Tobak took our money told us things would be fixed in a year, and my boyfriend still ended up in prison, he charged 4000 because the case was in Kaufman and yet still my boyfriend was violated and ended to going to prison. His law office is a real dumpster. Doesn't answer calls, doesn't contact you and will get upset if you ask questions. Trash law office, they will prolong your case and do not like to be questioned, make sure to request all documents because they will change things up. They do not communicate, you have to be reaching out. It's non sense. They will take your money and do absolutely nothin. They have serval attorneys but tobak doesn't do anything.
Tolback never answers the phone after you pay him unless you tell you have more money for him.
