Horrible horrible customer service !!! Never again!
Buyer Beware! – Visited this establishment for the first time tonight, May 5, 2012. Entered Tobacco Road at 8pm and asked the hostess if it was okay if we went to the bar and got a drink, she said that was perfectly fine and that the inside bar was open as well as the outside bar that overlooks the Durham Bulls field. The Worst Service EVER!!!! – My experience at this establishment was horrible to say the least. I was disrespected at every level of management. First by the Host/Manager. She had a very nasty attitude. I came in and asked for a particular style table. I watched as 5 different parties where seated before me and they all arrived after me.
