I have lived at this property for a little over five years. I absolutely love the location. The property management is excellent in addressing any issues /maintenance, inside Or outside the building. They also have security measures in place which I love. There are quite a few beautiful parks nearby. The river is close by also with plenty of walking trails. I can't ever get a call/message back for some reason.
Notorious for towing visitors cars without notification. Residents don't clean up after their dogs. Leasing office really doesn't care about residents needs.
Moved out back in March and would NOT recommend it to anyone. Management can be a little dicey with the residents. Had a buddy get his car towed because they supposedly sent out an email about moving your vehicles an hour before towing vehicles. Messy neighbors and loud. loud. loud. music.
