I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage from TOBA Massage. When I called to schedule an appointment the merchant refused to schedule an appointment saying I had to schedule it on his website and pay a booking fee of $20! This amounted to 25% of the cost of the massage. I refused to pay for a reservation and, disappointed, got a full refund from Groupon. This merchant was foolish to refuse a new customer.
