Horrible customer service. the guy that was doing my nails did them super fast. I told him i didnt like what he was doing he kept telling he was a "professional and he knows his job." I told him multiple times i did not like my nails, he kept telling me to stop checking on him, as i kept pulling my hand back to see the nails. He was rude and unprofessional. My tech was friendly but he was late and stayed on his phone during my service. He claimed to have been doing nails for over 16 years but his work was sloppy, my nails weren't properly filed and he didn't apply the polish evenly. Don't waste your time at this establishment.

Stay away from this place at all cost. I was discriminated against when I went into the shop and asked for The more expensive nails which would cost me five dollars more for each finger. The little frizzy man told me that I had to have money for those high end nails. This really offended me as a black woman because I guarantee you if I would Have been white, he wouldn't have said what he said.

Very rude people!! I simply asked if the person doing my pedicure speaks English so I can explain, they IMMEDIATELY cut me off and told me to leave that they're not able to do the service because of another appointment. These people come here to make a living, no wait, to take your money and be RUDE to the customers!! Really??!! I thought I would never say this, but don't come here and treat me like this, go home!! I would give 0 stars!!

I visit here with my daughter often for very mediocre service at high prices. Ive been very patient with the staff when they make mistakes on my mani/pedi but enough is enough. Too much gossip "i understand what you are saying" in your language. Find better nail technician's!
