Again kitchen service slow. Light pour in drinks. Sorry, spent 25 plus years in food service. I could go on, but why? Not going to change.
The She Crab Soup was out of this world!! Exactly how we wanted to experience Charleston!
This place is AWESOME. Dorothy was our waitress. She was AWESOME. Could not ask for a better place to eat. The classic breakfast with a side of pancakes for me and my wife French toast. Excellent. 10 star in my eyes

Went for dinner .... was not impressed for the price . salmon was hard & dry ... sauce tasted like balsamic vinegar ... red rice was dried out tasted old . Hamburger was ordered at med well came out raw in the middle - had to send it back( but when it came back it did have a very good charcoal flavor to it) ! Sweet tea chicken was unique. They were out of cornbread that is to come With dinner meals ... but brought us biscuits instead --- they were huge & delicious!

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had the grilled chicken, and it was great. Also had the cheesecake with strawberry glaze. Yummy!

Great service and great food!! When we visit Charleston, Toast of Charleston is our 1st stop for food!!
