Food was good. We were skipped on the waiting list. Watched about 8 groups go before us. Thought it was only because of their number in the group VS ours. Checked, they skipped us. Not much of an apology (none). Food made up for their error.
Food was not as tasty as expected! Ordered sandwich with "choice of bread" but was not told the crossiant was $1 extra, although waiter said it was one of the choices! Asked for some ranch dressing for my fries and was brought some very thin and runny dressing and was charged 50 cents for this! Service was good but just not overall impressed!!!
We had been here 5 years ago and loved the good food and mimosas. In October 2017 we were back to Charleston with our friend from NC and tried to find that nice restaurant - unfortunately we couldn´t remember the name. And imagine: it was the one next to our accommodation!!! So we had breakfast and dinner and a lot of mimosas during our stay in Charleston. Great staff! And we surely will be back next time! The best decision we made during our trip to Charleston was to eat at Toast! Carla Champion served us an awesome meal at a reasonable price. The most wonderful cat head biscuits I’ve ever tasted! Carla was not only a great server but turned us on to a special ghost tour and helped us get tickets! Her and Addie told us about the area and what to see. Southern hospitality at its best! We will definitely be back anytime we are in the Charleston area!
Breakfast was tasty... the biscuits were big and fluffy. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our time there. 😘👍
Stopped in for breakfast while visiting our daughter. One of the best omelettes I’ve had. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great place.
