RecommendedThe service left something to be desired. We had a couple of beers, shared the crab cakes and crab dip but ended getting the flatware and napkins ourselves. The waiter forgot to bring out extra plates as requested and seemed to ignore us. Food was okay, nothing super special, but we had been walking for hours, were ready for a refreshing beverage and this was right next door to our hotel. So, from that perspective, convenience ruled the day.
Cobb salad was the bes I've had and my wife like the crab cake Sammie alot
Literally the best food I have had in Charleston so far! Highly recommend!
Bacon, mushroom, and Swiss cheese omelette with grits and toast! Loved the food! Timmy did a great job as my server. It is nice to see someone who takes pride in doing a good job!

The food has always been outstanding. Wide variety of offerings to satisfy a basic or an eclectic appetite. The Eggs Meeting Street is awesome! Wait staff has always been friendly and helpful. Very much looking forward to our next trip to Charleston just so we can make a visit to Toast!
This is an awesome place, but the fact that one of the female employee’s is in the kitchen speaking very loudly and rude to the staff is very concerning. I might not ever come here again!!!!
