I stopped by Toast on a Monday morning and immediately felt like I walked into the chillest little brunch spot in the city ✨ The vibe was very artsy, hippie, cozy coffeehouse energy. I NEVER Leave reviews but my friend asked me to meet her here today to catch up so it was my first time. Let me tell you ! FOOD WAS GREAT. SERVICE GREAT ! ATMOSPHERE great ! I haven’t had this experience in Milwaukee in a long time if ever !
Fabulous restaurant to catch a great breaking, brunch, staff lunch (like we did) in a chill, artsy, vibrant positive atmosphere. The menu has a counter culture theme and by the looks of what my work colleagues had and my definitely my order...I don't think they're was anything in that menu that wasn't good. The days it's open are selective so you have to pay attention to their schedule. Lots of dope art strung throughout both floors set in an old cream city brick building in the 5th ward. Treat yo self!
Toast Milwaukee is such a vibe if you’re looking for a solid brunch spot. I went on a Friday around 12:30 PM (they close at 3 PM), and the atmosphere immediately stood out. The setup is very modern, and I loved the décor inside. There’s an upstairs and downstairs, plus outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Had been wanting to try this place forever, and was super excited to finally do so. Stopped in here after 8:00 mass at St. Stanislaus, and was able to grab a table for three, although the place was already pretty packed. Toast does not accept reservations. It's first come, first serve. There are tables on two levels, and a long bar available for dining. Service was fast, friendly and accommodating.
