I have had a toast cover on my iphone for over 7 years now (3 phones) and have never had my phone screen crack or any other sort of dropping related damage. The case lasts as long, if not longer than your average iPhone. Somehow, I always end up going to their office/facilities to get my case and everybody who works there has been so kind and patient when I come in. The customer service received from Robert was great!! He ensured that I was totally satisfied with the design before they manufactured it. I came on time and to specifications. Fits perfectly and look real good. The detailing was great too! Well worth the money and effort!
