Paid for the works wash and my front bumper and wheels looked almost as bad as when I went into the wash. Only place that is suppose to hand after 7pm. If I wanted a wash that missed my Front bumper and wheels, would of paid for a cheap 6 dollar touch less wash and not the 16 they charged
Didn't wipe out the inside of the doors ! Small layer of mud under doors still, blew air around mirrors but didn't wipe the bottom so water just blew out of them. Didn't dry the center of the windshield and rear window because they were to short to reach.... Terrible job that's why I usually go to Fast Lane. But it will be a long time before I ever come back to Toads
I won't come back again. The woman working there on Monday, August 15th, would not allow my 8 year old daughter to use the restroom because she was getting ready to close and didn't have time to clean the bathroom again. We were out for an evening walk and stopped to use the restroom and buy some snacks and drinks. I will take my business elsewhere. Simonson's is better anyway.
This is not my personal review but just read it on FB: "DO NOT GO TO TOADS. Just left there, and my wash looked terrible! Go to get a refund and they were nasty about it. Drive over to Simonson and find out there is hydraulic fluid all over my car. If you need a good wash, go to Simonson! They are, as I type this trying to get this off my car!"
