As a busy interior designer in Crested Butte, I work with a lot of property managers, builders and project managers. We worked with Toad Property Management's Alex Summerfelt, to update the Plaza building, a very large and complex condo-tel on Mt. Crested Butte, complete with an HOA. Every interaction with Alex, I was impressed. His professionalism, knowledge of the industry and what's best for the building and HOA, as well as his integrity, did not go unnoticed. Very Proactive Company Great Communication
We have the pleasure of having Kelly with Toad manage our home! She offers excellent customer service and we are consistently pleased with Toad’s responsiveness and professionalism!
As you can tell by Toad’s responses to ineptitude, Toad shirks responsibility easily. Ive noticed their properties wildly ignored- allowing trash to build up and be ignored, sub par upkeep of properties they OWN and less than sanitary upkeep. Avoid TOAD and anything Lacy owned. Youll be glad you didnt!
