Called in with alternator issue, was told to bring it in, driver got there in half an hour and the place was closed, called again and lady said mechanic won't be there till tomorrow

We had a flat tire on our truck. We were on I95 N and had our 42’’ 5th wheel in tow. It’s really dangerous to change a tire there. Thank you to the wonderful young man from Top Tires who changed our tire. We appreciate you.

Honestly, a total ripp off for sure.Will nor recommend, here is why. 275$ for service call 15 -20 mile trip . Plus on top 275$ an hour X 3 hours to replace just one trailer tire!!!?(buy proper tools or carry them with you to make your job efficient instead of triple charging people ) 157$ to put a mudflap . 1600$ final bill is a total BS. Man you not rebuilding an engine on a side of the road ,you just replacing a tire at a parking lot.

5 stars isn’t enough!!! Top Tires was the only shop that had our RV tire in stock AND came out to us quickly. They got us back on the road in no time. We were traveling from NC to Maryland for a race my daughter has been training months for, so this could’ve been a disaster—but they saved the day. Highly recommend this business, especially their emergency roadside assistance!
