They treat the patient population like a herd of cattle, take away all dignity and respect from them, do nothing to promote their independence and do nothing to support them reaching their potential. Staff was taking my sons bank card and making purchases—very unethical and preying on his vulnerability. The agency was fraudulently abusing his resources for funding putting down that he was there when he wasn’t for reimbursement purposes. Stay clear of that place. A formal complaint has filed against this agency.
