10 out of 10. Came to meet with Dr. Bell and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Provided solutions. Also the vibe of the front office team from the moment I called to make the appointment was amazing. Hard to find a great medical experiences like this in NYC.
The staff here are so lovely. I've been seeing Dr. Artis who is very kind, listens to your concerns, explains things clearly. She takes her time. I'm not afraid to ask questions and am able to get good information and care. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend this location.
Dr Nancy is the best they are a great team very friendly and made my feel comfortable !
