Dresses were pretty for the most part. The customer service however was way below my standards of what I expected my wedding dress experience to be. When we first got there, our appointment was at noon, and we arrived at 11:45 and waited outside of the gate of the bridal shop. I called the shop to inform them we were there for an appointment around 12:05. Well, being a last minute person and deciding on a wedding date 4 months away all the shops said I had to find one off the rack because there was no way to order one. After visiting other stores I was losing hope. If I hadn't gained weight putting me in a size 18 it would have been easier:-) We walked in and my daughter and best friend to pick out dresses in styles I hadn't tried on. They have a great selection of dresses and during the trial time the attention is awesome. Once you have made a purchase, the service drops lower than the ground. I never got a tracking number for my dress and I was never told when it arrived, I had to email them constantly to find out the whereabouts of my dress. When I was told it was received, they asked me to go pick it up and by the time I got there, they were already closed (it didn't take me more than a half hour) and they are terrible at picking up the phone. My three daughter and I arrived late one Saturday afternoon hoping to look for dresses . I was totally unaware and appointment was required . I suppose that was my fault for not looking at their website which clearly states that . When we arrived we removed our shoes and stepped into the shop .
