J'ai acheté une maison nouvellement construite et les lumières de douche ne fonctionnaient pas. J'ai ouvert la douche et contacté Tenzo qui m'a envoyé rapidement le module pour les lumières que j'ai réinstallé. Wow! J'ai reçu un excellent service à la clientèle! Les lumières fonctionnent maintenant.

We just bought a house with a 2 year old Tenzo kitchen faucet. The sprayer nozzle doesn't work and it leaks. We contacted Tenzo who said they only will warranty their products to the original owners, we said that this was fine and we want to buy the replacement parts. Tenzo said this was no problem, just send them a picture of the product and they would give us a price and send out the parts. Since the initial conversation Tenzo ceased all communication. J'ai bâtit ma résidence en auto construction en 2022. Plusieurs accessoires de plomberie sont de la marque Tenzo. J'ai eu besoin du service après vente pour mon robinet de cuisine. Service très rapide. Je n'hésite pas à référer cette marque.
