I began working out at TNU in 2019. I had heard horror stories about the owners but decided to continue going because I personally had not been mistreated. A few months after I joined, I discussed upgrading my membership with the owners, James and Christina. I only inquired about it and advised that I would make a decision and get back to them later. Horrible customer service. Phone number disconnected, no response to emails, only received sparse replies via their Facebook business page. My husband and I both tried to contact them for almost a month to get help with canceling his membership. After I left a negative review on their Facebook business page, they responded in the comments referring to me as a **********. Would not recommend ever doing business with them.
