The interview process was straightforward, but why bother calling someone for an interview if you're not even going to hire them? I was out of college and of course I'm not going to have any experience. They made it seem like they were going to hire the first round. It is just a help desk position that they can easily train someone that is willing to learn. After 13 years of inferior overpriced service, I had a change in my business affiliation. I asked them if they could forward mail for me until I could get all my important accounts transferred. They said they could and would do it if I kept paying them. They charged me and then the the account dropped off because they could not do what said they could. A lot of lost information and clean up on my part. I so wish I would has switched much earlier.
