We rented our apartment for a little over a year and we loved it.Upon moving out( we had a delay due to a death in the family and happily took a check in to cover the extra time) we asked for a final and they said no to just drop the keys at the office.I cleaned and scrubbed and definetly left it cleaner than we got it.Today I get a call saying our security deposit check was ready.Only they kept $800 $510 "for maintenance " to reglue a loose board and paint the popcorn ceiling !!!
