Most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen.
If you’re a landlord run. There’s Better companies to work with.
Have tried getting maintenance done since July... every time they say someone will call us... nobody ever calls. Now they don’t even answer our calls, but still want rent paid on time every month. Update: They eventually did fix the problem… but it took me threatening to stop paying rent to get it fixed. Their lack of care about anything at all is what made me buy a house… worst rental company ever.
Dishonest Company! Look at Thier places ! Look at Thier prices! They may have gotten themselves a better bldg than that old Laundry Mat but NOT any homes worth checking out! Make sure you check dates on water Heater and Heat and Air Conditioners!!!! Very Important!!!!
