This salon location is the nastiest salon I’ve ever spray tanned at wet floors with dirty foot prints and build up spray by barrier cream that looks like they haven’t cleaned since they brought the booth in
The staff is very rude at most locations. I had a complaint about a staff member in Chardon and I called headquarters. The woman I spoke with named Pam didn’t listen to me at all. I was going to buy a package like I always do when I run out but The girl told me to go someplace else if I didn’t like there policies. I was questioning them taking minutes away again because I had not been there is 3weeks. Ridiculous! I still would of bought the package if Pam had been at all kind or if Bree had not been so rude!
The woman working this morning at the Painesville location was so rude and disrespectful! I do know one thing if she is working I will not go in!
CLOSE YOUR STORES TODAY!! THINK OF THE SAFETY OF YOUR EMPLOYEES! I THINK CUSTOMERS CAN IT A DAY OR TWO TO GET "THEIR GLOW" ON!!
