Tina and Troy of TNT realty are awesome landlords. They have a genuine concern for not just the property but also the tenants. They are very quick to make repairs and upkeep the property improving it all the way around to make our life pleasant. What a great team. We had such a great experience with Troy and Tina while purchasing our home. They were quick to respond to every question and with the crazy summer selling market here in Lafayette, they were so on top of things, they had an offer ready to go and we were able to get the home of our dreams, and beat out 3 others that walked in behind us. TNT is easily one of the best, most professional property management companies in Lafayette. We’ve rented from them for about a year and a half and they’ve been responsive, easy to work with, and thorough. And they take good care of the property (like actually take good care of it).
