I rented with them for a couple years when they took over the complex we were in with my wife and 3 kids. They were pretty quick with repairs and stuff like that which we were happy about. But it's true that they go back on their word and forget what they promise. They are very emotional probably because it's all women running the business and women are more emotional than men usually. I am so grateful for TNT Property Management! No matter what day of the week, time of day, or holiday that I have needed a repair done in my home, TNT has always answered and arranged for their repair people to promptly arrive, who have always done extraordinary work! Tish and all of her employees are wonderful, helpful, professional people that make TNT the most excellent property management around!

DO NOT rent from these people. Save yourself the time. Watch out you'll be getting charged a wild fee just for paying your rent online because their office is a 35 minute drive from the homes they rent out. Business is ran by someone who's money hungry and the communication within them is terrible.

Good people but the lack of communication is mind-blowing. They change their mind on what they tell you every month because they clearly don't communicate with each other. If you rent from, get everything they tell you on paper or in text so you can remind them what they said. Do NOT let them promise something on the phone or in person. GET IT IN TEXT OR ON PAPER!
