yeah , don't do this... had someone close to me use their services and totally screwed them over. They were going to use their services and were told "take your time, it's all good" when you can give us the money for the home." So they got all their stuff together (very quickly too) and were told oh we gave it to someone else after they were told all was ok. double crossed...

I've had issues prior, but these guys recently seemed to have turned a new leaf and are actively working on many of the complaints tenants have had.

I rented with them for a couple years when they took over the complex we were in with my wife and 3 kids. They were pretty quick with repairs and stuff like that which we were happy about. But it's true that they go back on their word and forget what they promise. They are very emotional probably because it's all women running the business and women are more emotional than men usually. My downstairs neighbors complained about me constantly because of my kids even though I tried to keep the nose down and purchased $300 worth ... read more

I am so grateful for TNT Property Management! No matter what day of the week, time of day, or holiday that I have needed a repair done in my home, TNT has always answered and arranged for their repair people to promptly arrive, who have always done extraordinary work! Tish and all of her employees are wonderful, helpful, professional people that make TNT the most excellent property management around!

DO NOT rent from these people. Save yourself the time. Watch out you'll be getting charged a wild fee just for paying your rent online because their office is a 35 minute drive from the homes they rent out. Business is ran by someone who's money hungry and the communication within them is terrible.
