I had the same issue as one of the other reviews. At first the sales guy (I won't mention his name) was nice and helpful. He gave insight into what type of plastic my product should be made from which a different plastic company wouldn't do. Yes, a plastic company that won't tell you what the best plastic to use is for your application. Anyway, the sales guy twice was rude and when I called him out on it, just made excuses. There are more plastic companies out there which I'll call on.
