We've had a few issues with pests at our house in Tahoe Donner and Eric has taken care of the situation each time. He's always gotten the job done in a timely manner, shared helpful tips with us on ways to prevent pests moving forward and has been very transparent & honest with his pricing. Overall, very pleased with the service and will continue to partner with Eric moving forward!

We operate a hotel, and spiders started appearing in the lobby, which made guests uncomfortable. Jessica arrived promptly and inspected the entire area. She treated all the corners and explained how to keep the lobby spider-free. The job was done quickly but with great attention to detail. Within days, the spiders were completely gone. Her professionalism and speed were outstanding. Jessica really helped us maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
