This was quite literally the worst manicure experience I ever had. From the moment i walked into the place. I may as well have paid my $15 plus $2 tip from the start and skipped it. First I was commanded to "take off your own polish" from an old, well-worn dipping cup. During the entire experience, my manicurist was on the speaker phone from her ipod, yelling into it her side of the conversation in a LOUD and foreign voice. I may as well not have been there.
