El servicio al cliente iba a dejar un go kart para que me lo arreglarán y según qué no tenían el arnés que era muy tardado y que lo trajera después si quería!!!!! Porque tenían mucho trabajo,tal vez no querían arreglarlo!!!!
Very good service, personal attention and good prices.
Need new management and staff. Some staff left and management can't seem to hire competent mechanics. So they string customers along for weeks at a time just to give an estimate. Nancy(manager) and Eric at front are part of the problem.
Place is a rip off. Stripped our quad for parts to fix other quads after taking a $800 deposit to repair ours, and kept giving us the run around. Never reached out to make things right. Military beware, this place has had several complaints, they just opened a new Facebook page to negate all the previous negative comments.
