Thievery! Went in to get a broken clasp replaced on a necklace. Couple weeks went by so I called and they said it still wasn't ready. A month later the clasp is fixed and ready for pickup. That's a ridiculous amount of time to fix a clasp without informing me. Then they charge $250! That's the most expensive you will ever pay to fix a clasp (we had clasps fixed before for a fraction of that price!) Dropped off a necklace for repair. I was quoted about a week and $20 to repair. 2 weeks after,I called and it wasn’t started and they said another week or two. No problem. I go to pick it up and it was $30. No one called to say as such. And even though the receipt was for repair and cleaning, it was not even cleaned. Not impressed.
We purchased a new sapphire for one of my wife's (Anne) favorite rings at the TNT store in Easton, MD. Jenny was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Showing us many choices of stones and helpful opinions of which would look best. The ring came back with the new stone placed and it is beautiful! Highly recommend TNT jewelers in Easton, and Jenny in particular. (Steve S.)
Great buying experience at the Chester location today. Friendly and professional staff was very patient, answered all my questions, and I ultimately felt really good about the purchase/investment I made and I think the wife will like it too 😉🤞😬
My fiancé and I have a great experience at TNT Jewelers every time we visit! They have wonderful customer service and make an effort to get to know each of their customers personally. We have purchased several items from the Easton location and have ever been disappointed. I highly recommend TNT to anyone looking for new jewelry items.
