I wish I could review their actual service but my experience with them was very limited. I called on 4/21 for someone to come out and diagnose my HVAC problem. They came out the same day, were very friendly and honest and I wanted to proceed with the repair. The technician told me they didn’t have any availability until the following week which was understandable. Waited a week, never heard from anyone. While out of air for about 3 months and during some of the hottest days this year. I called TNT heating and air, they came and did exactly what they said they could do. In no time the air was flowing through the house. We were a happy family again until 2 weeks later the air was gone and all the freon had leaked out of the unit. Highly unprofessional. No call/no show three times. The first time they didnt have the nitrogen to test for leaks and said they'd call and come back. Two weeks later and still no call. When I finally reached the technician, he admitted that he had forgotten to come back. Since then, I (myself) acquired the part to fix my system. I then got two date/times for installation and got no call/no show both times.
